How the rating figures are collected
KMG Global GmbH collects the public rating summary of Deumavan Schutzsalbe from each named platform: average rating, rating count and, where shown, the distribution. Every figure is stored with the time it was read and a link to its source. Review texts, reviewer names and individual reviews are never stored or displayed.
Who collects the figures?
KMG Global GmbH collects the figures itself and operates this site under license from Kaymogyn GmbH, the manufacturer of Deumavan Schutzsalbe. Read this site with that relationship in mind. Every figure links to the product page it came from, so you can compare it with the platform directly.
What is stored, and what is not?
For each platform, the site stores the average rating, the number of ratings, the distribution if the platform shows one, the source link and the time of reading.
The site does not store review texts, reviewer names, reviewer pictures or individual reviews. They stay on the platforms. Collection reads one product page per platform per run and does not page through reviews.
How are the figures checked?
A rating must lie between 0 and 5, and a count must be a whole number of 0 or more. If a count falls by more than 20 % between two readings, the new reading is held back and flagged for a person to review, because that pattern usually points to a reading error.
A falling score is not held back. Low scores are published like any other.
What happens when a reading fails?
The previous value stays on the page and is marked as stale, with its original fetch time. A failed reading also raises an internal alert for KMG Global GmbH.
When is a value entered by hand?
If a platform cannot be read automatically, KMG Global GmbH can enter a value by hand. Each manual value is recorded internally with a reason, the person who set it and the date. On the page it carries the note “Manually verified on” and that date. A manual value takes precedence over an automatic reading until it is removed.
How is the average calculated?
The average across platforms is weighted by rating count and rounded to one decimal. A platform with 1,000 ratings therefore counts ten times as much as a platform with 100. Each platform’s own average is shown as the platform publishes it.
Which platforms are included?
Every platform KMG Global GmbH tracks appears on the site, whatever its score. A platform stays listed if its score drops. Platforms that sell Deumavan Schutzsalbe but have no collected figure yet appear as not yet tracked.
What are the limits of these figures?
Platforms set their own rules for who can leave a rating and which ratings they show. The figures for Amazon.de and DocMorris come from the product pages of the 50 ml tube, and the figure for MyCare comes from the page of the 125 ml tube. Depending on how a platform groups its listings, one figure can cover several pack sizes or variants. KMG Global GmbH does not verify individual reviews. See the notice on review authenticity.
