What happens when you open this site?

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub Inc., USA. When you open a page, GitHub processes server logs that include your IP address, the requested page and the time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR: our legitimate interest in delivering the site securely. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Fonts are served from this site. No request goes to a font provider.

When is Google Analytics used?

Google Analytics 4 (property G-GQ6L8306DD, Google Ireland Ltd.) loads only after you select “Accept analytics”. Until then, no Google script is requested and no analytics cookies are set. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) a GDPR and § 25 TDDDG.

If you accept, Google Analytics counts page views and these events: viewing the ratings table, clicking a source link and downloading a data file. GA4 does not store full IP addresses. Data is retained for 2 months. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How do you withdraw consent?

Select “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page and choose “Decline”. Analytics stops, and the analytics cookies on this site are removed. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to us.

What else is processed?

Nothing else in this version of the site. It has no forms, no newsletter, no user accounts and no embedded third-party content. Links to platforms and shops take you to those sites, where their own privacy notices apply.

What are your rights?

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You can complain to a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for KMG Global GmbH is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz Brandenburg.
